The Northmont Area County Chamber of Commerce is guided by a dedicated team of volunteers, our Board of Directors. These passionate leaders come from all corners of our business community, bringing together a wide range of experience and ideas to help the Chamber serve you better.

The Northmont Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors plays a key role in shaping what the Chamber does and how it serves local businesses.

Setting Priorities: The Board works together to define the Chamber’s goals and focus areas. They look at current economic trends, listen to member feedback, and plan for the future needs of the business community.
Bringing Different Perspectives: Board members come from a variety of industries and backgrounds. Their combined experience helps the Chamber make thoughtful decisions that reflect the needs of all members.
Turning Plans into Results: Once the overall direction is set, the Board relies on the Chamber’s CEO to carry out the plan. This lets the Board focus on long-term vision while the CEO handles daily operations and implementation.
Working in Partnership: The Board and staff stay in close communication, sharing updates and ideas along the way. The Board provides guidance and support, while the staff keeps them informed about progress and results.
