The Workforce Innovation Hub: A vital resource for connecting job seekers with local employers, providing training facilities, collaboration spaces, and an incubator/maker space equipped with cutting-edge tools and technology.
The Event Center: A flexible indoor venue for everything from pop-up markets and craft fairs to banquets and community gatherings, complemented by an outdoor amphitheater for concerts and theater productions.
The Marketplace: A bustling hub of activity, offering permanent vending stalls, anchor retail and restaurant spaces, commissary kitchen facilities, and a vibrant farmers market plaza.
